Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Yomcom platform, operated by Yomcom Ltd (the "Service"), including its website, application, APIs, and the marketplace of AI micro-agent modules made available through it. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company or organization you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By registering for an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself (and, if applicable, your company) to these Terms, and that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
The Service is a modular platform that provides access to a marketplace of focused, guided AI-assisted workflows ("modules"). Modules may be provided directly by us or by third-party suppliers through the marketplace. We may add, modify, or remove modules and features at any time, and functionality may vary between plans.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We support single sign-on (SSO) through supported identity providers where configured by your company administrator.
Accounts are organized under a workspace — the shared area holding your members, billing and installed modules. A workspace may belong to a company, a charity, a group, a sole trader, or an individual. A workspace administrator may invite additional users, assign roles and permissions, and manage which modules are available to members of that workspace. Your workspace administrator is responsible for managing user access within your workspace, including revoking access when a user leaves. We are not responsible for disputes between a workspace and its users regarding access or permissions.
Some modules are supplied by third-party suppliers rather than by us directly. Third-party modules are clearly identified by their listed author. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, functionality, availability, or support of third-party modules beyond making them available through the Service. Your use of a third-party module may be subject to additional terms presented by that supplier. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their own module listings, pricing, and descriptions.
Certain modules are free; others require a one-time purchase, a recurring subscription, a bundle of usage credits, or are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis according to metered usage. Prices are shown in your workspace's configured currency and may include applicable taxes (such as VAT) at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed in arrears at the end of the billing period; continued unpaid usage may result in access being suspended until payment is resolved. All payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. If your plan includes a credit allowance, any part of that allowance you have not used at the end of a billing period is added to your credit balance rather than lost. This applies when a subscription renews, when you move to a different plan, when you cancel, and when a plan lapses. Credits added in this way carry the same three (3) year life as purchased credits, counted from the date they are added. Plans described as unlimited carry no allowance, and nothing is added under this paragraph. Credits expire three (3) years after the date they are added to your balance, whether purchased or granted. Credits are drawn down oldest first, so any spending is applied to the batch closest to expiry before any later batch. We will notify the administrators of your workspace by email at least six (6) months before a batch of credits is due to expire, and the expiry date and amount are shown on your billing page at all times. Expired credits are removed from your balance and are not refundable or reinstatable.
We may offer free modules or trial access to paid modules at our discretion. Free or trial access may be limited in scope, duration, or usage volume, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where permitted by law; (e) use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; or (f) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent, except through the supplier/marketplace mechanisms we provide.
You retain ownership of the data, files, and content you upload or submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We record certain usage metrics against your account and workspace — including data sent and received, AI token usage, credit consumption, and how long each module is open and in use — for billing, support, and service-improvement purposes, as described in our cookie notice. Time is only counted while a module is actually open and in front of you; a window left open in the background is not counted.
Where a module was made by somebody other than you, we tell whoever owns it how much it is being used, so that they can decide what to improve. They are shown totals only — how many workspaces have it installed, how many people use it, and how many hours in total — and never who those people are, which workspace they belong to, what they did in the module, or anything they entered into it. Your Content is never disclosed to a module's owner.
Modules may use artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, or other output ("AI Output"). AI Output is provided for assistance only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI Output before relying on it, particularly for decisions with legal, financial, safety, or regulatory consequences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI Output.
The Service, including its underlying software, design, and platform-provided modules, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Service, no other rights are granted. Third-party modules remain the intellectual property of their respective suppliers.
Our use of cookies, including essential cookies required to operate the Service, is described in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. By continuing to use the Service you consent to the use of essential cookies as described there. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service or a module. You may stop using the Service and, subject to your workspace administrator's controls, request deletion of your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including billing for usage already incurred, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive. We may also suspend access to an account temporarily, including while we investigate suspected misuse or a breach of these Terms. A temporary suspension does not by itself delete your account or your data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, a new version is published and takes effect from its publication date; the full history of previous versions remains available for reference. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify account administrators.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Yomcoins are a reward you earn on this platform. They are not money, not legal tender, and not an
investment. They have no value outside Yomcom beyond what we will exchange them for.
What they are worth is set by us. You can exchange them for platform credits, or — where payouts are
available to you — for cash at the rate shown at the time you exchange. We may change that rate. We will not
change it retrospectively for an exchange you have already made.
Every holding has a cryptographic key pair. We hold the private key on your behalf, encrypted, so that you
do not lose your balance by losing a key. You may take a copy of your own key. If you do, keeping it safe is
your responsibility, and anybody holding it can move your coins.
You may transfer coins to another holder on this platform. Transfers are final: once a transfer is recorded
we cannot reverse it, and we are not able to recover coins sent to the wrong address.
Yomcoins are not currently listed on any exchange and we make no commitment that they ever will be. Nothing
here is a promise of future value.
Deleting your account, or your workspace, removes the data belonging to it — including the records held
inside any modules you used. Any subscriptions you hold with us are cancelled at the same time.
We keep financial records — invoices, receipts, credit and yomcoin ledgers, and payments to suppliers — and
the audit log of actions taken on the account. We are required to keep these, and they are also how we can
answer a question about money after an account has closed. They are kept no longer than we need them for.
Any credits left unspent when you close your account or your workspace are lost. We do not refund them and
we cannot reinstate them afterwards, so spend them first if you want their value. If it is the workspace you
want to keep rather than the account, transfer it to somebody else instead of deleting it and the credits
stay with it.
Yomcoins are treated differently, because they are worth real money. We will not delete an account that
still holds a yomcoin balance. Exchange them for credits, or withdraw them as cash, and then close the
account; the Credits page will tell you which of those is open to you. The same applies wherever money is
still moving. An account with a payout in progress, or an unsettled balance in either direction, cannot be
closed until that is finished.
Anything you make here is yours. A module, a game, an image, a 3D model, a piece of music, a document — you own it, we do not claim it, and taking it elsewhere is your right.
That ownership is only worth something if it is real. If what you make copies somebody else's work — their code, their artwork, their music, their characters, their brand — then it is not yours to own, and it is not ours to defend. We give you these tools to make your own things with, not to reproduce other people's.
If the owner of the original comes looking, they will be coming for you. You are responsible for what you make and publish here and you are the one who answers for it, and we will co-operate with a legitimate infringement claim — which includes telling the claimant who published the work.
We will remove work we believe infringes somebody's rights, and we will ban an account we find copying intellectual property. Deliberately, or more than once, and that ban is permanent.
This applies just as much when an AI wrote it. Asking the assistant for something "like" a particular game, film, band or brand does not make the result yours, and "the AI did it" is not a defence. You asked for it and you published it.
Credits are how work on this platform is measured and paid for. They are not money.
A credit has no monetary value. It is not currency, not legal tender, not a deposit, not an investment, and not a claim on us for cash. You cannot exchange credits for money and you cannot transfer them to anybody outside the platform. What you buy when you buy credits is the right to have this platform do a measured amount of work for you.
What a credit buys is set by us and can change, as the costs underneath it change. We will not retrospectively charge you more for work already done.
Credits expire, and unspent credits are lost when an account or workspace is closed — see "When an account is deleted" below.
Yomcoins are the one exception, because they can be exchanged for cash. They are dealt with separately under "Yomcoins" below.
Modules on this platform are paid for in one of four ways: credits spent as the module uses AI while you run it, a one-off payment in credits, a monthly payment in credits, or nothing at all with the option to give something voluntarily. The module's page tells you which applies before you install it.
Paying for a module — once, monthly, or by donation — buys you a licence to use it in your workspace. It does not transfer ownership of the module to you. The module, its code, and everything in it remain the property of Yomcom Ltd or of the supplier who made it, and nothing you pay changes that. What you get is the right to run it, for as long as these terms and the payment model allow.
A one-off payment covers that workspace for as long as the module is available on this platform. Removing the module and adding it again does not cost you anything further. A monthly payment covers the month it is taken for; if it cannot be taken, the module stops running for your workspace until it is paid, and what the module has saved for you is kept.
A donation is voluntary. It buys nothing, entitles you to nothing, and is not refundable.
We do not guarantee that any module stays available for ever. A module can be withdrawn by its supplier, or stopped by us — see "Modules and suppliers" — and a one-off payment is not a guarantee against that. Where we withdraw a module ourselves and you have paid for it recently, contact us.
Prices are set by the supplier who owns the module, within limits we set. A supplier may lower a price at any time. A supplier cannot raise a price sharply or repeatedly without our agreement, and a price change never applies to a one-off payment you have already made.
